The Project

AND (Native Digital Arts) is a technological hub where research, development and training can be tested in the field and be implemented in Marche and in national territory.

Within the redeveloped spaces of the former herb market of Macerata, one will find temporary multimedia installations and exhibitions capable of relating adaptively to the needs of their audience, moving away from static, uni-directional and standardized communication, still widely widespread. A new model that modifies the relationship between visitor and work of art by introducing new methods of interaction and personalized use.

AND aims to stimulate and involve potential and new audiences through innovation and change in project formats, in the logic of mediation and participation, in listening and communication tools, in the conscious use of digital technologies.

The user takes an active position: through ICT tools they can choose personalized reading paths, deepen their knowledge of a particular aspect rather than another, calibrate languages and contents based on their own level of learning, access news and information consistent with their personal interests.

But AND is not just this, it is a living entity, made up of people who aim to involve, make other people feel good and retain their loyalty by providing answers to their desires.

Inside there is a classroom for training on new technologies and coworking; rooms for meetings and conferences; spaces to host exhibitions of local digital artists and more.
